Where in the world can your jewelry be shipped?
All LAYUMI products can be delivered to most countries around the world, such as: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands... .will continue to open delivery to more countries. For details, please check whether your country supports delivery on the order page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we will provide free international shipping for orders over $88; orders below $88 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $8.88 (Hong Kong $6.66)
How soon will I receive my purchase?
To ensure the quality of our products, your order will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order in Hong Kong, China/Shenzhen, China. International orders will be shipped to the address you provide within 7 to 14 days, with delivery time to remote international destinations ranging from 10 to 25 days.

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking number. You can also enter your order number in "Track Order" on the LAYUMI website to check the logistics status.

How do I pay for my jewelry?
We happily accept all major credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, AE, DISCOVER, etc.) or PayPal. All available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We carefully hand-package our products in protective packaging, doing our best to ensure they arrive in perfect condition! However, if you receive a product in less than satisfactory condition, please refer to our specific return policy and please email info@layumijewelry.com for return/exchange instructions.
What materials do you use to make your jewelry?
We create our jewelery from a range of responsibly sourced gemstones and high quality metals. For example: natural freshwater pearls, natural gemstones, nickel-free 925 sterling silver and 18k gold. All of our materials are nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and rust-resistant.
Will the purchased items fade?
Except for pure gold and k-gold, which are non-fading, gold-plated products cannot guarantee that they will never fade; LAYUMI products adopt the industry's highest-level electroplating process to retain their color for a longer period of time.
How should I care for the jewelry I purchase?
-It is recommended not to wear gold-plated products when taking a shower
-No contact with chemicals
-Avoid friction with sharp objects and wipe regularly with a clean soft cloth
-Due to the tiny pores on the surface of natural pearls, pearls can easily turn yellow and lose their luster if they are exposed to water, cosmetics, cooking fumes and other liquid gases for a long time, so please try to avoid this.
How should I choose product size?
All items in the LAYUMI store have size instructions, and all sizes are measured by hand, there may be slight errors in size; due to the organic nature of pearls, the length of our necklaces may vary slightly, and our measurements are approximate; please refer to your actual The goods received shall prevail.
Will there be color differences in the jewelry I purchased?
All product pictures in the Layum store are taken from the actual product. Due to factors such as computer screen color difference, shooting light, etc., there will be slight differences between the photos and the actual product. This situation is not a product quality problem. The final color is subject to the actual product. Please understand.
